the EasyLink web app
the EasyLink iOS and Android apps
related support, product pages, blog pages, and changelog pages that link to these Terms

Additional third-party terms may apply where a feature depends on a third-party service or where you leave EasyLink to apply on an external provider website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or otherwise old enough to use the services lawfully in your location.

By using the services, you represent that:

you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement where required
you will use the services in compliance with applicable law
the information you provide is accurate

4. Service Description

EasyLink is a job discovery product that helps users browse and save opportunities from multiple sources.

EasyLink may include:

account creation and sign-in
saved jobs and profile features
map-based discovery
links to third-party application pages
blog, changelog, and support content

EasyLink does not promise that every opportunity remains available, accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate account information
keeping your login credentials secure
activity that occurs through your account
notifying EasyLink promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

EasyLink may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or compliance obligations.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the services to:

violate applicable law
infringe the rights of others
upload, transmit, or distribute malware or harmful code
interfere with the integrity, security, or operation of the services
attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or non-public interfaces
scrape or reuse the service in a way that breaks rate limits, attribution rules, or provider restrictions
harass, defraud, spam, or abuse others

You are responsible for the content you submit and for your use of any external application pages reached from EasyLink.

7. Job Listings and Third-Party Providers

EasyLink aggregates or references opportunities from third-party sources.

As a result:

job details may change or disappear without notice
EasyLink may show incomplete or normalized data derived from source providers
applying to a role usually happens on the original provider or employer website
third-party terms and privacy notices may apply once you leave EasyLink

EasyLink is not responsible for the content, hiring decisions, or availability of third-party jobs, providers, or employer websites.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the EasyLink brand, website design, original text, original graphics, and original product content are owned by EasyLink or used with permission.

Open source components, dependencies, and third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

If you submit content, feedback, profile details, support messages, or account information through EasyLink, you retain your rights in that content except to the extent necessary for EasyLink to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the services.

You grant EasyLink a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely as needed to provide the relevant service.

10. Availability and Changes

EasyLink may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

EasyLink does not currently provide any uptime guarantee, availability commitment, maintenance window promise, or service level agreement.

11. Termination

EasyLink may suspend or terminate access to a service if:

you materially breach these Terms
continued access creates security, legal, abuse, or operational risk
a third-party dependency required for the service becomes unavailable
EasyLink reasonably decides to discontinue a product or service

You may stop using the services at any time. If you close an account, some data may remain subject to legal retention obligations or backup cycles as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available".

EasyLink disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLink's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a claim under these Terms will not exceed 100 EUR if no mandatory law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

EasyLink may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, EasyLink may provide notice by updating the website, updating the date above, or where appropriate by using account or product interfaces.

By continuing to use the services after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
